You won’t find any sleigh bells on We’re All Going To Die. Neither will you find a choir of angelic children singing. But, in a way, you will find a message of hope and goodwill for all, as Malcolm explains.

De boekingskantoren gaven het nummer 1000/1, ’the longest odds for a song ever’, maar toen de BBC Radio 1 eenmaal zijn campagne was begonnen, werd het ineens 8/1 (de favoriet is overigens nog steeds X Factor, met 1/6).

Mocht je toch alleen een kerstliedje een kerstliedje vinden als er ‘sleigh bells’ en een ‘choir of angelic children’ opstaan, dan is daar de kerstversie… Misschien wel beter dan het origineel:
